• Camera & Photo Gallery: The Crop Disease Scanner requires access to your camera and image gallery to analyze photos of plant leaves for automated pest and disease diagnosis.
• Location Data: We access device location coordinates to fetch real-time local weather forecasts, regional Mandi market commodity prices, and nearby agricultural officer contacts.
• Nilami Produce Listings & Bids: When farmers list agricultural produce or dealers submit bids in the Nilami marketplace, crop details, quantities, proposed prices, and contact information are securely stored to facilitate direct peer-to-peer communication.
• PMFBY Crop Loss Intimation Data: Damage details, affected acreage, cause of loss, and intimation timestamps submitted for PMFBY insurance assistance are saved to provide deadline countdown alerts and automated notifications.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected data to:

3. Data Retention and Account Deletion

We retain your information as long as your account is active. You have the right to request permanent deletion of your account and associated data at any time. You can delete your account directly inside the App settings under the Profile tab, which immediately purges your user profile, marketplace listings, and database records.
